The Client agrees to the following: 


  1. USE 

    1. Each user licence purchased is granted to one specific individual.  Each licence is to be treated as non-transferable to another individual. 

    2. The Client acknowledges that each licence is personal to individual users for term agreed and that accounts may not be shared. Furthermore the Client acknowledges that sharing licences will be deemed as a material breach of this Agreement. 

    3. The Client agrees that if it becomes aware of any misuse of THRIVE TOGETHER or the content or any breach of the Agreement, it shall promptly notify THRIVE LIFE & BUSINESS and fully cooperate to remedy the problem as soon as reasonably practicable. To clarify: with reasonable suspicion or evidence of misuse, THRIVE LIFE & BUSINESS may suspend the Client’s and/or the Users’ rights under the Agreement until the misuse is remedied. 

    4. Content inside THRIVE TOGETHER is the intellectual property of THRIVE LIFE & BUSINESS and may be accessed, viewed, downloaded and printed for personal development use only. None of the content may be passed on to a non-licence holder, reproduced, distributed or republished in any form or by any means.  A breach of this will result in termination of this agreement. 

    5. The Client may not:

      1. license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party THRIVE TOGETHER  or any of it’s contents and/or associated data 

      2. modify or make derivative works based upon THRIVE TOGETHER or the content 

      3. frame or mirror THRIVE TOGETHER or the content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; or 

      4. reverse engineer or access the System or the Content in order to build a competitive product or service, build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of THRIVE TOGETHER or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the content. Any breach of this will result in termination of this agreement and potential further action. 


    1. Payments are automatically requested based on the agreement (monthly / yearly) the client has selected.  There is no reminder prior to payment being taken for recurring payments. 

    2. Initial access to THRIVE TOGETHER will be granted to users within 24 hours from point of sale 

    3. If payments are not received within 5 days of the due date the Company may, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to the Company and without liability to the Client, suspend the Client’s access to all or part of THRIVE TOGETHER and the Company will be under no obligation to provide access to THRIVE TOGETHER or any other agreed services while the invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid. 

    4. All amounts and fees payable under the Agreement: 

      1. shall be payable in pounds sterling unless otherwise invoiced; 

      2. are non-cancellable, refunds are at the complete discretion of the Company

      3. Any refunds that are granted will deduct the amount of any time period, coaching or value received by the client and will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.


    1. The agreement will continue on a rolling basis for the term duration until the Client gives notice of termination.

    2. From the date the client gives written notice of termination, the Company will terminate the contract and recurring payments in order that the next following recurring payment is not made by the Client.  

    3. From the notice of termination the Client will serve the notice period remaining until the next recurring payment was due and shall have access to THRIVE TOGETHER during the termination period.  


    1. Each party agrees and undertakes that during the term of this Agreement and thereafter it shall keep confidential and shall not use for its own purposes, nor without the prior written consent of the other party disclose to any third party, any information of a confidential nature (including, without limitation, information relating to a party's products, operations, processes, plans or intentions, product information, know-how, design rights, trade secrets and information of commercial value) which may become known to that party from the other party (Confidential Information), unless the information is public knowledge or already known to that party at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes public knowledge other than by breach of this Agreement or subsequently comes lawfully into the possession of that party from a third party. 


    1. The information and material inside THRIVE TOGETHER are not to be taken by the Client or it’s users as instructions. The users accept that their actions (or inaction) are their responsibility

    2. Nothing in the Agreement excludes the liability of the Company for:

      1. death or personal injury caused by its negligence; 

      2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; 

      3. any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.

    3. The Company shall not be liable in any circumstances for any losses or damages which may be suffered by the Client whether suffered directly or indirectly or are immediate or consequential and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise howsoever, which fall within any of the following categories: 

      1. loss of profits; 

      2. loss of business or business opportunity; 

      3. depletion of goodwill; 


    1. When you join THRIVE TOGETHER you are joining a network of professionals who share the intention of personal growth, supportive one another and creating success in their lives & business.  With this in mind we assume you agree to the following:

      1. THRIVE TOGETHER will not be used as a platform to post spam, deceptive information or to promote personal services 

      2. The Company will not tolerate any of the following:

        1. Hate speech

        2. Aggressive behaviour or malicious threats 

        3. Discrimination of any form of protected characteristics as defined by the Equality Act

        4. Breaching confidentiality 

        5. Unsupportive behaviour or intent towards another community member

      3. Finally if you believe these guidelines are being breached, please escalate this to and the matter will be taken seriously and treated sensitively. 


The client agrees to these terms and conditions by processing their purchase.
